Chili con carne with gourmand quinoa and guacamole
Preparation
Recipe preparation
- Slice the peppers and the onions
- Slice the tomatoes
- Peel the avocados skin and save one quarter of it. Mash the rest in a bowl in order to get a puree, and then add the spices for guacamole and the lemon juice
- Once the guacamole is ready, keep refrigerated. Dice the piece of avocado you previously saved
- Put 200 g of Tipiak Organic Gourmand Quinoa in boiling water and cook for 12 minutes
- In a large pan, cook the onions with some olive oil. Once they are browned, add the minced beef
- When the meat is cooked, add the peppers
- Add the sliced tomatoes and the peeled tomatoes
- Once the preparation is cooked, add the red beans and the corn cobs
- Season with salt, pepper, chilli spices and Provence herbs
- Mix the preparation with the Organic Gourmand Quinoa
- Dig a hole in the middle of the preparation and add the guacamole in it
- Spread some cream on top and the pieces of avocado

- 4 big tomatoes
- 2 avocados

- 1 can of red beans (250 g)
- 1 can of small corn cobs (240 g)
