- Prepare the Tipiak Organic Gourmand Quinoa as indicated on the pack, before you cook it add the tea bags in the cooking water
- Meanwhile, prepare the fruits: peel them then slice them in small pieces
- Once the Gourmand Quinoa is cooked, strain it and save in the fridge
- Once it is cold, add it to the fruits and the prawns
- Add salt, pepper, and save in the fridge
- Before you serve your dish, decorate it with fresh mint
