Roasted prawns with vegetables and a spicy couscous

- Brown the prawns in a pan with the spinach, carrots, garlic and butter for a few minutes
- Add the coconut milk, the water and bring to the boil
- Away from the heat, add the Couscous with Spices, cover and leave it for 4 minutes
- Cook for 1 to 2 minutes while stirring
- Serve straightaway
