- Preheat the oven to 210°C
- Dice the tomatoes
- In a frying pan, brown the onions, the garlic and Raz el Hanout spices with some olive oil for a few minutes
- Add the tomatoes, the couscous vegetables, the chickpeas, the parsley, water and the raisins. Cook for 5 minutes
- Put the Express couscous in a gratin dish
- Cover with the vegetables
- Cook in the oven for 20 minutes
Suggestion:
- You can spread flaked almonds on your dish

- 1 kg of peeled tomatoes
- 100 g of cooked chickpeas
- 400 g of vegetables for couscous
- 2 chopped onions
- 2 chopped garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 1 handful of raisins
- Salt
- 30 cl of water
- 1 teaspoon of Raz el Hanout
