- In a casserole dish that fits your microwave, mix 30 cl of cold water with the couscous, the thinly sliced salmon and the cherry tomatoes cut in 2
- Heat for 4 to 5 minutes (850 watts)
- During the cooking, prepare the cold sauce: mix the cottage cheese with lemon juice, chopped chives, salt and pepper
- Serve this sauce with your dish
