Pomegranate & cabbage salad with couscous

Recipe preparation
- Thinly slice the cabbage
- Prepare the couscous as indicated on the box and allow to cool
- Pour into 4 small salad bowls the cabbage, the couscous, the raisins and the pomegranate
- Delicately mix, season with the olive oil/lemon juice mix and the garlic. Add salt and pepper
- Mix again, and serve chilled.
