Filet mignon with couscous, pears and honey

- Slice the filet mignon
- Brush with olive oil, pepper and thyme
- Marinate it for 30 minutes in the fridge
- Peel the pears, cut them in quarters, remove the seeds and sprinkle with lemon juice
- Prepare Tipiak Express Couscous as indicated on the box
- Grease a pan with butter
- Cook the meat pieces on each side
- Add the pears and brown them
- Pour honey over it and let it caramelize
- Add the cider and allow half of it to reduce, then add the mustard
- Away from the heat, add water and the couscous
- Allow to rest for 1 1/2 minutes
- Season and cook for a few moments
