Until the use before date oriented on the box. After opening, consume within 6 hours. 
Once food is thawed do not refreeze.


Remove from the freezer and immediately remove the tray from the box and peel off 
the film carefully. Leave 1 hour in the refrigerator to defrost. Do not thaw in the 
micro-wave.
