Couscous with dried fruits and duck breasts
Preparation

- Chop the onions and brown them in a frying pan with some olive oil
- Spread honey on it and stir
- Pour in the chicken broth and the chopped garlic
- Cover and let it simmer on a low heat
- Put the prunes and the apricots in warm water for an hour
- Thinly slice the chili pepper
- Prepare the Tipiak Couscous as indicated on the box
- Once it is ready, pour it in a pan with a knob of butter and cook for 5 minutes on a low heat, stirring with a fork
- Add the chili pepper, add the fruits (including pineapple) and the chickpeas
- Brown the duck breasts in a pan for a few minutes
- Put the Couscous in a warm dish. Put the duck on top and spread some parsley before you serve it
Suggestion :
- You can replace the duck breasts with lamb knuckle joints
