Couscous with spices cheeseburger style

- Slice the peppers and the onion, cook it in a pan with some olive oil
- Cook the Tipiak Couscous with Spices as indicated on the pack
- Add the eggs, the Gruyere, salt, pepper and mix
- Shape galettes with the mix (as big as the steaks) and put them in a pan. Cook for 2 minutes on each side
- Cook the steaks
- Make the cheeseburgers: melt some butter in a pan and cook the 4 galettes. Put a slice of melted cheese on each galette, then the peppers, the steak, another slice of cheese and finish with another galette
- Serve the cheeseburgers with green salad

- 60 g of grated Gruyere

- 4 minced beef steaks
- 8 slices of melted cheese
- 1 knob of butter
