Crepes filled with caramelised apples

- Prepare the crepes batter: in a salad bowl, beat the eggs with the salt
- Add the sugar, Tipiak Potato Flour, the flour, the vanilla-flavoured sugar and the milk. Mix.
- Make ten crepes in a slightly buttered pan
- Stack them up on a plate cover with another plate and place on top of a pan filled with hot water to keep warm
- Prepare the garnish: In a buttered pan, brown the apple slices and spread sugar on it. Allow to caramelize
- Put the crepes in plates, add the apples. Serve hot with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on the side
Suggestions :
- Eat your crepes with a glass of cider
- To add a spicy touch, spread some cinnamon on the apples
- Our secret recipe: the crepe cake:preheat the oven to 170°C. Grease a mould with butter (same diameter as the crepes). Place one crepe in the mould, then a thin layer of strawberry jam or of lemon cream. Cover with another crepe, and so on until you get a cake. Cook for 20 minutes

- 60 g of sugar
- 80 g of Tipiak Potato Flour
- 80 g of flour
- 1 bag of vanilla-flavoured sugar
- 30 cl of milk
- 40 g of softened butter
For the garnish
- 100 g of butter
- 4 to 6 sliced apples
- 6 tablespoons of sugar
- 6 to 8 scoops of vanilla ice cream
