Mediterranean cake with tuna

- Preheat your oven to 180°C
- Brown the sliced peppers with olive oil until they get soft
- Add the tuna and cook for 5 minutes. Season.
- In a salad bowl, whisk the eggs, the flour, the Potato Flour, the baking powder, salt and pepper
- Add the milk, the oil and the Gruyere. Mix
- Add the peppers and the tuna, mix until it gets homogeneous
- Put the mix in a cake pan and cook it in the oven for 45 minutes
Suggestion:
- You can add mustard and aromatic leaves to your mix for a tastier dish
- Cook your mix in small individual moulds to get tasty appetisers

- 110 g of Tipiak Potato Flour

- 1 small green pepper + 1 small red pepper
- 200 g of canned natural tuna
- 3 eggs
- 40 g of flour
- 1 sachet of baking powder
- Salt, pepper
- 12,5 cl of whole milk
- 9 tablespoons of oil
- 100 g of grated Gruyere
