Paella with couscous

- Slice the onions and brown them in a pan with some olive oil
- After browing, add the sliced peppers. Once they are cooked, add the
- sliced tomatoes
- Once the vegetables cooked, add the sliced chorizo and the pieces of
- bacon.
- Add the couscous with this mix, then pour ½ l of boiling water.
- Allow to sit for 5 minutes covered, then stir and cook for 2 to 3 minutes more
- Season with salt and pepper
Suggestion:
- You can also add prawns or squids to this dish
